What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you contact us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to respond to any follow-up questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Storage of your data
We would like to inform you that, for the purpose of facilitating the ordering and purchasing process, as well as the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, email address, and information regarding the payment method used by you, such as your credit card number.
The data you provide is necessary for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations towards you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except for:
the payment service provider (bank) processing the payment,
the courier company delivering your purchase,
our accountant, who acts as our data processor under GDPR and with whom we have concluded the relevant agreement.
In the case of an incomplete order, we retain the entered data for a period of 30 days and reserve the right to inform you periodically about its status and your available options. In the case of a completed order and a fulfilled contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of GDPR, we store all data related to the contractual relationship until the expiration of the 10-year period provided for in Article 12 of the Accounting Act.

Declaration of Consent for Personal Data Processing
I agree that my personal data, namely my full name, address, and email address, may be processed by FASHION BRANDS GROUP Ltd. for the purpose of performing a contract for the purchase of goods or provision of services, as well as for sending informational and promotional messages regarding the products and services of FASHION BRANDS GROUP Ltd. I provide my consent for the period necessary for the execution of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between myself and FASHION BRANDS GROUP Ltd., and thereafter for the shorter of the following: (1) the period required for the storage of contractual documents under the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or (2) a period of 5 years.
